The University of Warwick Archery Club were very excited to head over to Birmingham to take part in BUTTS Indoors on the 8th March 2020
Our non-compound team comprised of William Pike, James Gardner, Emma Davis and Samuel Armstrong came 1st with a combined score 2292
By shooting a Portsmouth Round, William Pike came 1st for Gent Recurve with a score of 591 and Emma Davis came 1st for Lady Recurve with a score of 567
Well Done to our novice team for taking part achieving a combined score of 1771 with Clement Sorbier, Joel Davidson, Yolanda Yeung, Hao Zhou
After a great day of shooting, all the teams from the BUTTS League celebrated another year of brilliant archery at the annual BUTTS Ball hosted at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. Thank you to the University of Birmingham Archery club for hosting and organising such a lovely event! Congratulation to our very own Alex Logan for receiving the Purple BUTTS Badge for his outstanding contribution to student archery! Alex is responsible for creating Archr; a very valuable platform that allows teams to log their scores and have competitive leagues
