Novice Representatives

• We now have appointed two novice representatives, who'll be able to attend exec meetings or submit things to Jeffs to bring up.
• Aim is to increase novice representation and engagement and therefore retain more members this year.

Tournaments

WONT

• Online entry system has now been built and will be activated and publicised soon.

BUTTS Non-Recurve Champs

• Information will go out imminently.
• Categories will be split by both experience and gender.
• Format will be decided dependant on entries.
• Is being held in Desso Hall.

Competition Sessions

• Will try and add two extra WA 18 sessions on Tuesdays.
• More target faces for these have been ordered.

BUTTS Field

• Target list has been received.
• Hannah will probably be collecting money on the day.

BUTTS Legs

• Team selection will need to happen very soon for these, though number of spaces we have is still unknown.
• Selection for novices will be done slightly differently compared to previous years.

Development Competition

• Possibly of sending those people not selected for a BUTTS Leg to other external competitions.
• One possibility is County Indoor Championships, which will be held in February.

Rock Up and Play

• We may be offering rock up and play sessions for Warwick Sport, likely to occupy one or two bosses on free Wednesday sessions if we go ahead with this.

UWAC Lecture

• Will be split this year, primarily targeting novices for now.
• Will be provisionally booked for 5pm next Sunday (4th November).
